This is a digital hand painted illustration, you will get a JPEG file that you can print as many times as you need but no physical product will be shipped to you.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Place your order based on the number of family members you would like on the illustration (people/pets/kids)
2. Send me a message through Etsy with as many photos of each family member as you want. Please write all your wishes about outfit and special details of each person. You do not need to be in the same picture.

ILLUSTRATION PROCESS:
Current Turnaround Time is 3 business days!
In 2 business days I’ll send you the draft of the portrait for your approval. At this point you will have the opportunity to request any changes to the design. After your approval I will send you the high-resolution file ready for printing.
